What are your postage costs?
Prints - Online pricing is inclusive of free shipping anywhere in Australia. For international shipping it's a $30 flat rate.
Original art - Domestic flat fee of $30, International flat fee of $50.
What are your shipping policies?
All artworks and products are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Original pieces will be packaged and shipped within two weeks of ordering. Sometimes I have to frame and that takes a few days. Prints are printed to order, therefore will be packaged and shipped within two weeks. Prints are packaged in mailing tubes.
All packages are sent via regular Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once your parcel has been sent. Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your purchase. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to me, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage.
Please note that delivery times with Australia Post can vary depending on location and times of the year (example: Christmas). Regular post items should arrive in 2 to 5 business days for same-state deliveries. Please allow up to 7 business days for interstate deliveries. These are indicative times only by Australia Post, and cannot be guaranteed. Due to delays caused by COVID, please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery.
Do you take commissions?
I do. If you'd like something special please take note of which paintings I've done that sparked your interest, the colours you like and any subject matter and get in touch via the contact page or via instagram.
Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of artwork that I have sold when the buyer has been made aware before purchasing that this will happen. I retain the right to use the image for publicity. I retain all rights to artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written permission.
Do you offer framing?
My original paintings on canvas come with beautiful recycled cedar Venetian blind frame or recycled white Venetian blind frame that I apply myself and are ready to hang upon arrival. Prints do not come framed and I suggest getting a frame at a framers close to you. If you are on the Northern Beaches in Sydney I suggest Action Framing in Cromer.
Can I order a custom print size?
Most likely! Contact me here and let me know what size you are looking for! Pricing will vary for custom sizes.
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged it must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of the delivery. Please send an image with the damage (including the packaging) with your name and contact number via email.
Once your email has been reviewed, I will contact you to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available, or the purchase was an original art painting, we will discuss an alternative resolution.
